Terms of use of the facility and services provided by the Enklawa Day Spa

1. Enklawa Day Spa open hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 19:00, Saturday 9:00-16.00, Sunday at the individual records.

2.Buying services at Enklawa Day Spa is synonymous with the submission by the Customer a statement that there are no medical contraindications to the use of the services offered by the SPA and that Costumer is familiar with these rules and agree to its terms.

3. Enklawa Day Spa is not responsible for the items left in the dressing room and closets.

4.You can store your valuables (wallet, documents, jewelry) in deposit Enklawa Day Spa. The deposit is located at the reception.

5. A person under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicants, or the person behaving aggressively and inappropriately to the place will not be allowed on Enklawa Day Spa site.

6. Enklawa Workers Day Spa reserves the right to discontinue the treatment, if they meet with the customer behavior inappropriate to the place, in this case customer is charged the full fee for the procedure.

7.Stay in the Enklawa Day Spa is rest, so each customer is obliged to act civilized and do not disturb others peace. Cell phones should be turned off and quiet conversations are expected.

8. Within the Enklawa Day SPA is prohibited · cigarette smoking and drug use, · introduction of dogs and other animals, · introduction of bicycles.

9. Payments for services provided in the Enklawa Day Spa can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer to the designated account. In case of payment by transfer funds to Enklawa Day Spa account must be booked at least 1 day prior to the agreed procedure.

11.If client did not appear for 3 times at an appointment, despite his earlier confirmation, at the next appointment will be asked to make a prepayment, which shall be forfeited upon failure to appear at an appointed time. Prepayments can be made by cash or card at the reception or can be transferred to an account. In both cases, the amount must be credited to Enklawa Day Spa account no later than 3 days before treatment.

12. Appointment appeals must be notified by the customer at least 24 hours before the reserved time of surgery.

13.13. All persons in the Enklawa Day Spa are required to abide by these rules and follow the suggestions of employees Enklawa Day Spa.

Voucher Terms of Use

Vouchers entitle you to use services in the Enklawa Day Spa in accordance with applicable pricing and value of your voucher. They can be used to pay for all services by offer available on the website www.enklawaspa.com

Vouchers are valid for a period of one month from the date of their purchase - in this period it should be used to bought treatments. After the voucher expiry date, its whole value or part the its unused value is lost.

Voucher can be used on one or more visits depending on the purchased services.

When booking please inform reception that form of payment for treatment will be a voucher.

In the absence of cancellation by telephone or in person, 24 hours before the appointed visit, a voucher is considered as realized.

Voucher must be presented at the reception before using the treatment.

Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. There is also no possibility of giving change in cash from vouchers with greater value to than the value of the services.

In accordance with the request of the recipient, person may additionally pay to the a voucher if the value of services he wants to use is higher than the value of the voucher.

Voucher payment can not be combined with promotions and discounts.

Registered vouchers can be transferred to another person.

Invitations to selected services or packages of services can be exchanged for any other services offered by Enklawa Day Spa.

In the case of loss or destruction of the Voucher, Enklawa Day Spa is not responsible nor compensate losses caused by the existing situation.

This terms is an integral part of Voucher, which are available upon request at the Enklawa Day Spa reception. When ordering, the buyer declares that he is aware of its content and accepts it in its entirety.

Voucher Sales Rules

Vouchers are issued in the form of an elegant booklet. Vouchers are available in steady supply, and can be bought for any amount. Vouchers with fixed value is registered to a person. You can also purchase non-registered voucher to the selected service or service packages.

Vouchers can be purchased at Enklawa Day Spa. Purchase of vouchers does not involve any additional charges

We accept payment by bank transfer for the vouchers ordered online or by phone. Seller confirms adoption of the order and the data for the bank transfer via e-mail to the address given by the Buyer.

Booking voucher- treatment by bank transfer can be made only after receipt of money on our account.

As the request of Buyer, Gift Voucher can be sent to the indicated address. Fee for sending Gift Voucher by courier is 20 PLN (shipping cost is added to the value of the purchased voucher)
